After Build Clean

Upgrading, renovating or extending a property can create lots of dust and dirt and provides the problem of left over waste and materials. Our after build cleaning service is designed specifically to target all areas affected by the building project.

All excess materials are removed and recycled wherever possible, all surfaces are dusted and cleaned and all carpets and floors deep cleaned to provide a spotless finish.

Please note that our after building service does not include professional window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning. Please contact us if this is something you would like.

Our after builders cleaning includes;

• Cleaning all skirting boards
• Cleaning all doors and door frames
• Cleaning all window frames and window sills
• Cleaning all light switches and sockets
• Cleaning all radiators
• Cleaning Kitchen, Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Lounges

Price - start from £125.00. All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Please Note - There is a minimum requirement of 4 hours per cleaning visit. You are responsible for providing all materials and equipment needed for the cleaning. If you would like, we can provide cleaning materials needed, but the price would increase. Provision of cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket) can be provided at an additional charge.
